We will pick up your order in the requested time frame.
• We collect your order from your door or chosen location, In the event there is no order left out, we will contact you before leaving.
• A notification will confirm the successful or failed collection.
Our trained & accredited Launda service providers will wash/dry/fold/iron your order ready for you to pack away
• Using high quality detergents your garments are cleaned in-house by our expertly trained service providers.
• All garments are hand inspected prior to delivery.
• Your order summary will be sent once your Launda service provider confirms the order.
• Secure order tracking provides full accountability and security for all orders.
We will deliver your order straight to your door in the time frame you requested, usually in 24 hours.
• We deliver back to your door within your requested time slot.
